The private islands master plan has been developed by in collaboration with the regions leading designers to ensure that, Jumeirah Phuket Private Island will bring new levels of luxury, exclusivity and discretion to the Phuket area.

The private islands naturally blessed. The verdant jungle interiors are cool and shaded, populated with ancient banyan and tamarind trees. The seascape of Phang-Nga Bay is fantastic with deep emerald waters dotted with dramatic limestone karsts of the James Bond variety. There is a lot to work with, and the private islands master plan capitalizes on the stunning views at every opportunity. To conserve the majority of the private islands natural charm, the plan allows for construction on only between 18% and 25% of the private islands wherever possible, designs will integrate existing tamarind & banyan trees into the villas.

The private islands master plan includes three distinctive areas; private residential villas, the 5-star Jumeirah Resort & Spa and the superyacht marina and yacht club.

The private islands single-storey residential villas will be built on prime coastal plots. Villas will benefit from full access to all the Jumeirah Resort & Spa facilities yet are distanced and secluded from the resort to retain utmost privacy. 

The 19 palatial Jumeirah Estates will be situated on premier plots on the north and south coasts, commanding between 42-217sqm of uninterrupted ocean frontage. Custom-designed villas on the private islands will occupy up to 25% of the expansive land plots, allowing for unique tropical landscaping and open but private outdoor living space.

The 30 modern tropical Jumeirah Residences will be located on the west coast of the private islands, many with over 400sqm internal and 900sqm total living area.

The Jumeirah marina will occupy the scenic and protected lagoon on the island’s east coast. Surrounded by mangrove forests and with spectacular views out to the private islands-dotted horizon, this is a marina unlike any other.

The Jumeirah marina affords direct access to the Andaman Sea via the protected waters of Phang-Nga Bay; one of the world’s most photographed seascapes. The Jumeirah marina on the private islands will have 101 berths ranging from 12m to 70m, and conform to international standards with regard to the design, installation and the facilities provided on the berths.
